Our training package met my expectations and was conducted professionally.
I felt sessions were conducted safely, with consideration of my dogs comfort and stress levels.
I felt consultant was knowledgable of subject matter, my dogs behavior issues, and how to fix them.
I felt the presentation of topics and exercises were clear, understandable, and applicable to my dog(s).
All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and I did not feel rushed or cut off.
Phone, email, and SMS support was delivered in a timely fashion and was beneficial.
Professional referrals, online resources, books, videos and shopping lists have been helpful and will continue to be valuable resources.
Technologies and processes were beneficial and used in an simple, effective, and beneficial manner.
